PROJECT MANAGEMENT

One of the main areas for KROS is construction management and real estate developments with long-term maintenance assignments. This can include a complete maintenance contract for a housing association, making sure all buildings are kept within specific standards, or working for private individuals who own large property portfolios which are either rented or purely investment property in the heart of London.

We also maintain multiple unit contracts on an ongoing basis. This allows us to utilise our sophisticated project management systems, providing and monitoring service line agreements, and making sure these are met to our client’s satisfaction. 

Project management within desired methodology to deliver planned change on time, within allocated budget and work through different dependencies and critical paths is also core competency of KROS.
